By submitting an inquiry or booking our services, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
2. Inquiries and Bookings 2.1 Submitting an inquiry through our website, email, phone, or any other platform does not constitute a booking or confirmation of services.
2.2 A booking is only confirmed when:
A deposit payment, as outlined in the booking agreement, has been received and cleared.
StepInStudio has provided written confirmation of the booking.
2.3 StepInStudio reserves the right to decline any inquiry or booking without providing a reason.
3. Payments and Deposits 3.1 A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. The deposit amount will be outlined in the booking agreement.
3.2 The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than the date specified in the booking confirmation.
3.3 Failure to make payments on time may result in the cancellation of the booking, with no obligation to refund any amounts already paid.
4. Cancellation Policy 4.1 If the Client cancels the booking, the deposit is non-refundable.
4.2 StepInStudio reserves the right to cancel a booking under circumstances beyond our control (e.g., equipment failure, illness, or force majeure). In such cases, a full refund of the deposit will be issued, and we will make reasonable efforts to assist in finding alternative arrangements.
5. Service Delivery 5.1 StepInStudio will deliver services as per the agreed scope outlined in the booking agreement.
5.2 Any additional requests made outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
5.3 The delivery of final materials (e.g., photos, videos) will occur within the timeframe specified in the booking agreement. Delivery times may vary depending on project complexity.
6. Liability 6.1 StepInStudio is not liable for any data breaches, loss, or unauthorized access to your files during or after service delivery.
6.2 StepInStudio is not responsible for:
Delays caused by the Client’s failure to provide necessary information or materials.
Any issues arising from third-party vendors or venues.
6.3 StepInStudio’s total liability in connection with services rendered is limited to the total amount paid by the Client.
7. Copyright and Usage 7.1 All images and videos created by StepInStudio remain the intellectual property of StepInStudio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7.2 StepInStudio retains the right to use the materials for promotional and marketing purposes unless the Client provides a written request to opt out.
7.3 The Client is granted a limited license for personal or commercial use as outlined in the booking agreement. Resale or redistribution without prior consent is prohibited.
8. Client Responsibilities 8.1 The Client is responsible for ensuring that all participants comply with the instructions and requirements of the shoot.
8.2 The Client must obtain any necessary permissions, permits, or clearances for the location and participants involved in the shoot.
9. Privacy and Data Protection 9.1 StepInStudio will take reasonable measures to protect personal data but is not liable for any unauthorized access or breaches.
9.2 By engaging our services, the Client consents to the collection and use of their personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law This agreement is governed by the laws of UK. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the courts of [Jurisdiction].
